Where the Regulation referred to in the first subparagraph is replaced or where an amendment to the Combined Nomenclature necessitates a modification of the codes referred to in this Directive, the Commission shall adopt a delegated act in accordance with Article 27 and subject to the conditions of Articles 27a and 27b in order to modify the codes of the Combined Nomenclature of the products referred to in this Directive or in order to modify the reference provided for in the first subparagraph so as to align it to the applic ab l e version o f t he Combined Nomenclature.
